Introduction: This company offer full-service management agreements with the owners and tenant leases. We do move in and move out on the property, marketing and payroll. A report will be sent out to each owner by the 15th of each month. This includes a total break for the customer. We are offering a 24-hour notice of the tenants' unit, checking out housekeeping and checking the condition of the unit. If necessary, the notice will be still out to the owners to get their feedback. We do all evictions. I have to say I never lost one.
