Had GREAT customer service and got a quick appointment. Was even fine with paying the $159 out of area service fee. Appointment was scheduled for 12-4. Tech called at 10:30am to say he was on the way!!!! I was working and unable to call back until 11:07am and because I responded more than 30min late my appointment was cancelled, even though the tech called an hour and a half before the appointment time!
