- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide FREE estimates for the customer if they are looking to replace their current system or installing a new HVAC system for a brand new custom home or a commercial building application. Our service calls are $89 an hour and don’t start until we arrive at the customers home . There is a small extra trip charge of $20 if traveling beyond a 30 mile radius from our office located in West Chester. We provide service calls up to 8:00 pm during the week without charging any after hourly rates. We provide a 5% discount for our military service Men & Women , Veterans and Senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to a new customer after receiving their basic contact information by a personal phone and or email . 99% of the time we visit with the customer at their home or on the job site to get acquainted to the customer and the project. After that has been established we provide a professional proposal for the customers project. The relationship continues afterwards through follow up calls and emails in order to provide the full customer experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a certified Trane dealer and have state licensing in Ohio and West Virginia and currently pursing Kentucky’s State HVAC. We also have regular training courses on all different facets of the Heating & Cooling business as it relates to different applications.
