- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive with area prices, but I also know that not everyone has thousands to spend on a paint job, so I encourage anyone to contact me to discuss your options. I know that we can come up with a fair price without compromising quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to meet with the customer or have a phone consultation to discuss the customer’s needs. I want to understand exactly what is needed and then come up with a work plan together. Before starting any work, I will have the work plan approved by the customer. I will then discuss the customer’s budget and help them maximize that budget where possible. Once all of that is established, work will commence and I will keep the customer updated as the job progresses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like many, I pivoted careers during the COVID pandemic. Formerly a government employee, I returned to my roots in the construction industry to establish a painting company that complements my wife’s interior design firm. We are Revolve Estate and Revolve Estate Paint, and we help homeowners and businesses with all their design needs.
