I've been in the fitness industry for about 5 years and I've loved every moment of it! My background is in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning. With all these tools that I have gained in my toolbox over the past 5 years, I truly believe that I can help and guide you to where you want to be! My fitness philosophy is to create an environment that is motivating, fun, uplifting, non-judge mental, positive and healthy. I believe that following these guidelines and implementing the 3 C's (Commitment, Consistency, and a Can do attitude), no matter what your goal is, it is right there in your reach!
I love that I have the ability and opportunity to use my passion and understanding of the human body to change people's lives! It's my driving force to see people change and succeed! It excites me everyday to know that, today will be an opportunity to impact and transform someone's life! I also enjoy the process of building a personal relationship not only as a client and trainer, but as a friend that will be there through the high's and low's!

I knew after I met with Miguel for a free consultation that he was the right trainer for me. He was so kind and really listened to my goals, taking the time to get to know me. In addition, he demonstrates that he is well educated regarding fitness, habit change and proper nutrition, and keeps it simple. I highly recommend Miguel and would love to help spread the word!

I worked with Miguel late 2016 through early 2017. He was always amazing to work with and had amazing energy! He was also like a therapist haha! He helped me lose 21 pounds in just a couple months. I would swear at him and he would always say “Love you too!”. I highly recommend Miguel. He will work with you; provide nutrition guidance and ideas. If I ever get back into working with a personal trainer, he will be who I look for!!

Miguel is the best trainer I've worked with. He really pays attention to his clients goals and meets them where they are physically- beginners to athletes. He helps with nutrition planning as well and has taught me good habits that I can use daily to be an overall healthier person. He's able to be both coach and cheerleader, depending on what you need. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Joining M2 training is the best decision you could make! Not only do you get customized workouts and a great support system, you get nutrition guidance as well! I would recommend M2 training to all of my friends and family!!
