- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide an initial evaluation of your issues and potential solutions for $75, either in our office or remotely. Depending on your unique situation, we can normally give you one total price for your solution once we have all your information. That way, you know what you're getting into before you make any decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with a new client in our office at least once and after that we usually take care of most communications and exchange documents remotely. We can work equally well in the office or over our secure portal for any step of our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Don Zabarsky is an IRS Enrolled Agent, which is the highest tax related federal designation and allows him to represent you at any level of the IRS if needed. He has extensive tax resolution training and is a fellow of the Prestigious National Tax Practice Institute.
