- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Since each customer and job is unique, in order to give each customer a fair price, each job is carefully considered and estimated separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first process in working with a new customer is to communicate with them to fully understand their needs in the work to be completed. It is very important that I build trust and rapport with them to make them feel confident and comfortable in working with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in working on both residential and commercial construction projects, early as a general laborer, but later as a construction project manager and business owner. I have also been a property manager for many years, covering a wide spectrum of projects. I am also a certified AHIT Home Inspector.
