Tim from Precision came out of his way on a Saturday morning to work me into his schedule because rain showers and the weather kept him for coming the day before. He did not try to over-sell me on things that I didn’t need like others tried, made me comfortable with his recommendation on a plan to fix the issue, and was super fast getting it taken care of. Would definitely recommend Tim and his team to anyone in need off roofing and gutter work.

These guy came and gave me a quote for replacing all of my gutters. They didnt recommend the most expensive options or try to push me that way. They are honest and upfront on price. I told them I wanted to go ahead and do them. They started 2 days later. Gutters look great. They clraned up very well after they were done. Great guy to work with.

Paid for gutter guard but they failed to install it on all gutters which is causing drain to clog. After asking repeatedly, they would not come out and install the gutter guard I paid for and that they forgot to install originally. Although the owner is nice, it’s unfortunate he charged for a product and service that wasn’t provided. Be cautious.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect with a client, we'll send a seamless gutter pro to your address for a project assesment, and quote.
We strive to answer calls, questions, and quotes quickly, unlike many other companies in this area. Most other seamless gutter companies, avoid calls, won't show up, and sometimes won't complete work as promised. When you choose to work with Precision Seamless Gutters, you'll avoid these types of problems.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
*Seamless Gutter Clients, should be aware of contractors offering what seams to be "low Cost" or "to good to be true" pricing. Hiring a "seamless gutter professional" vs. a "handy man" can yield completely different results. You don't want to gamble with you home, as it is most likely your biggest investment. Do your research, and don't always look for the "cheapest" contractor.
* Be cautious of contractors that take for ever to respond to you, don't show up when times are confirmed, or constantly make excuses for not having time to help. Many people we speak to say that many contractors they call won't even answer the phone, and the ones that do, never show up for a quote.
*Read contractor reviews! many times you can weed out the bad apples just by reading a few comments.
