- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple service pricing discounts. All services are negotiable. All flat rate fee's are final pricing and include all services rendered with no surprise fee's added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will receive my flyer to retain my information and always welcome to contact me anytime for any status updates or changes that may occur. I always get customer contact information as I keep every customer updated on their services as they are in progress to completion. I also provide copies of any documentation and receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed and bonded for State of Oklahoma for Process Server & Notary. Upon request I can furnish my license and bonding information for verification. I am a member of American Association of Notaries - helps keep up with ever changing laws and regulations and provides training for notaries. I am a member of National Association of Professional Process Servers that keeps all process servers up to date on changing laws and regulations, training on do's and dont's, as well as successful techniques to render service -especially to those who are known to evade process servers.
