FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always studying new techniques and developing more expertise. We are preparing to get our license to spread different chemicals, such as herbicides and insecticides. I am always looking for new landscaping concepts as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I retired from financial services after 30 plus years of service, I wanted to work outdoors from spring through the fall season. I find pleasure in admiring my work when well done. By starting a lawn care service I could work outdoors and work with people, which are my two favorite things about the lawn care and landscaping business. My partner, Mike Thrasher a lot like me in that he loves working outdoors and a job well done. He also enjoys in turning around and admiring the work he has completed. He and I chose this business instead of it choosing us! We do it because we enjoy it! We want our work to be pleasing to our customers so we can grow into the best and largest lawn care and landscaping business in Oklahoma!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of services we generally provide for our customers is mowing, weeding, edging, scrub, bush, and tree trimming, and leaf removal. We also have a unique service of removing poison ivy and poison oak from your yards. If you want to get rid of this type of vegetation, it is necessary to remove it from the roots. It usually has to be repeated two too three years in a row to finally have your property free of this harmful vegetation.
