- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do beta testing for Microsoft and I also keep up to date on emerging technologies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been into working on electronics and when I got my first computer the first thing I did was open it up to see what it was made with. I have done classes on computers and started working on computers for others in 1998, I started beta testing for Microsoft around 2000 and have worked on every operating system for them and continually test and report my findings to Microsoft.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus and hijack removal and limited data recovery.
