- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 75.00 to come to the location of which service is needed and if my services are accepted this will go towards final payment after job is completed. In some cases, this payment will not increase from 75.00 on small projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any existing or new clients, no payments are required up front unless the project requires large material purchase of which the client has the option to purchase from the supplier directly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in1993 at White Station High, Memphis Tennessee. I have 2 years of college education as well. I have my electrical license with 2 states, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
