Introduction: I provide massage therapy sessions designed to reduce stress & relieve pain in a safe, calming, and serene environment. I apply pressure according to your level of comfort, and incorporate passive/isometric stretching into the session if desired. I am in my 16th year of practice and offer Remedial, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofacial, Prenatal, Raindrop, & Hot Stone therapies. Laura did an amazing job! I really can't say enough good things about her. She was very responsive in communicating beforehand and flexible with her schedule to accommodate me and my wife. My wife said "it was the best massage of my life!" I think that sums it up perfectly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client’s needs are different. To insure the best results, I like to get a good background on the client’s work habits, exercise routines, past or present injuries/surgeries. This information helps me design a session, or sessions, that will be the most beneficial. A full list of modalities I offer can be found on my website under ‘Services & Rates’.
