The craftsmanship was amazing. They were very responsive to my needs, which happened to be a fair amount. I am my own general contractor and had not ordered enough materials. They were very flexible with having to wait for more materials as well as adding on another small space to tile at the end. Additionally, they did an amazing fix to some terrible plumbing work I had done (the photo of the plumbing specifically). I had tubes and pipes coming thru the walls and they performed next to a miracle on it. They accurately provided me with a timetable for when they would be working and how long it would take. They gave me a bid and stuck to it - no surprise fees. I highly recommend them - courteous, professional, and phenomenal tiling. I will be recommending them to any who ask for tiling contractors.

Mark and Michael did a fantastic job. Everything was does with care and precision. Even when we ran in to a small snafu, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased and LOVE my new backsplash!

They did a great job installing tiles on our back porch, it looks excellent . Each member of the team is very diligent and skillfull. They accommodated all our requests well. The charge is more than others but did good work. We will know in future how the tiles withstand the outdoor conditions. Overall happy with the experience would definitely recommend to others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start out by working out any details and preparing a quote. We then come by and take measurements, if need to. We then give a customer a quote, and if they are willing to continue, we agree on a timeframe and begin the work. If we deliver any material, we usually do that in first couple days, and after job is completed, we make sure that customer is happy and satisfied with everything.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
