Introduction: I will provide you with professional accounting services, from compliance (tax returns, financial statements, etc.) to whatever you may need or want. I have experience in setting up books for companies, keeping books, compiling financial statements, choosing business forms (LLC, partnership, and corporations), valuing assets and investing. I specialize in wealth building. This is accomplished by helping you earn money, invest money and put together a plan to help you pass the money on to heirs. There are many pitfalls, and I have seen quite a few, steered clear of them and managed to be able to invest in good ventures for the most part. I have successfully invested in stocks, land, and oil properties. When one is up, another may be down and that usually presents an opportunity. Part of wealth building is complying with laws and regulations, but also using the current laws to keep wealth is most important. Through the tax code, there are some ways to increase wealth and knowing the pitfalls, as I do, keeps my clients from allowing the IRS to take their wealth. I use QuickBooks for efficiency and try to set up the most efficient system for the clients' needs. Some clients need to know when non-operated oil wells stop producing. I was able to set up QuickBooks to track producing wells since they only wanted to use one reasonably priced program. Whatever the client wants, I can provide a solution, and there is no job too small. My rates are competitive, clerical work (data entry, typing, etc) is billed at a significantly lower rate than professional work, but I will also work on a one flat fee for services basis, if that is what the client wants.
