- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I dpent 6 weeks in Germany for my associates studying under e master chefs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have catered The Outsiders 50th anniversary. Holatafest (2 years in a row, 2 day event) Green Country Fest (3 days festival). Just to name a few.
