Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: As a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, my personal knowledge and back ground in the construction industry. As a building Inspector for a small city, It gave me the importunity to be certified and Licensed to Inspect all phases of construction from the ground up. From approving subdivisions to footings, plumbing, framing, electrical, structural, roofing, insulation, venting, heating and air conditioning, drainage, and the finish work. I have the experience to give you a very though inspection. Thanks A&D Home Inspection I really like helping people understand exactly what they are buying. It is ok to buy a home with a lot of problems if everyone is aware of the issues. It not ok to cover things up and disguise them to the new buyers. A lot of times sellers are unaware of the potential problems with there home they are selling. I would always recommend getting a home inspection on your home before listing it for sale.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Existing Homes are the most common types of jobs. New Homes are my favorite because I get to deal with quality of construction. The builder seem to try and run over the buyers and tend to push them to the point of mental exhaustion. I come in and do my report and at the request of the client I will confront the builder to get the necessary issues repaired or completed to the buyers satisfaction. Well & Septic Evaluations is something that all homes having a well & septic should have evaluated end tested to ensure proper function and quality drinking water free from e-coli and bacteria. • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

#1- Qualifications: This is the most important issue when hiring a Home Inspector. An Ok License is not enough. A 60 hour class is all that is require to be a Home Inspector. Ask questions, get a feel of their knowledge and construction back ground. Make sure they have the knowledge to do a good inspection. #2- Report: Detailed report with photos showing areas of discrepancy. Ask to see a Sample Copy of their Inspection Report. #3- Price has nothing to do with a Home Inspection Report, If you do not hire a knowledgeable inspector, then the report is worthless. Do not hire by price, follow your instincts, and hire the person you feel most comfortable with. Good Luck with the purchase of your new home. Sincerely, Darrell Thomas , A&D Home Inspection
