- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are free, but design agreements have fees. They start at $250 and go up based on the budget or expected value of the project. This fee is deductible from any work we might do for you. Refacing remodels generally start in the range of $15-25,000. New semi custom cabinetry remodels generally start in the range of$20-40,000. Both options can go lower or higher depending on kitchen size and customer's choice of materials (flooring, backsplash, appliances, storage solutions, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to deliver a pleasant remodeling experience! We'll coordinate all tasks efficiently and effectively to deliver a high quality product with as little down time as possible! Step 1. We start with a quick phone call to get an idea about what your project is, if you're a good fit for us, and if we're a good fit for you. Step 2. We'll schedule a free in-home consultation. This can take from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. I'd like to learn as much as I can about what you want from your new kitchen. I'll take some notes and measurements to assist me in building an estimate for you. Step 3. Once I complete the estimate , we'll go over it with you and we can talk about narrowing or expanding the scope of work to suit your needs. At this point, we can either sign a contract or a design agreement. Step 4. Once materials ship, we'll schedule your installation date. Step 5. This is where the fun starts! We'll begin demo and installation to deliver you the kitchen of your dreams!
