Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I've been a finance manager/auditor for 20 years at several different locations. I also do taxes. I do everything entailed in running and managing small loan offices.
There's really not much I haven't done in reference to that, and it's always first party collections. I never sent accounts elsewhere to be handled. I approve and open the loan, therefore it is my job to get my money back.
