Not complicated. Average per person rate but it depends on the type of food wanted. Casual will be less expensive than more gourmet options.

I am constantly doing research and good old fashioned practice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started with a love for cooking and being asked to cater a birthday party for a family member. I loved the entire experience.
