- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We factor in weight and size along with time, for example 5 trash bags of cotton would be a vary different price than 5 trash bags full of bricks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves in being extremely fast while maintaining a high standard of work, we just try to be in and out as quickly as possible, we know you don’t wanna look at that junk any longer than you have too
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a large waste management company for about two years, I also pay attention to the junk business very closely and network with 100s of other owners
