Pricing is usually on a flat fee basis so that the client knows exactly what he or she will get and the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to get to know the clients and the concerns they have for their families and property. Many times there are bad situations that can be avoided with proper planning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any attorney can do an Estate Plan, DUI, Personal Injury, Workers Comp, etc. Avoid attorneys whose practice is not focused in this area of the law. All too often I am correcting other attorneys' work. Lowest bidder is often the lowest quality. Look for a fair price with great service.
