I am a realtor and I contacted JB&L to ask for a proposal for work needed at one of the homes I have listed. Although the home owner chose a different company, JB&L was exceptional in their service to provide the thorough proposal, in an exceptionally timely and professional manner. I think price had a large part in the owners' decision.

Had them do pool opening and chemicals. Some random guy we haven’t met came and took the cover off then left. Had to call main guy and ask if he was going to finish. Was told it will take a few days to open and chemicals to work. Came home 2 days later (I work out of town) and checked and nothing was running. Called main guy and asked if he knew the pump got burned up running dry. He returned with a quote for new. I’m pretty sure his guy burned up the pump! Now $5k for new equipment??? I got a new pump off Amazon for $1200 and took me 30 minutes to swap. Pool looks great to me…thanks to ME! Steer clear unless you get the main guy!!!

John you know your pump is holding with silicone is not way to make run also had leak and you never noticed to us
