Chad gave me extra tax advice and his valuable time to explain my tax situation to me over the phone. I sent him info he needed to answer my tax questions. I needed help on my w4 since I hadn’t looked at it in awhile and I got a huge tax refund this year due to having a child. I studied up on taxes and the new Trump tax laws taking effect in 2019 and Chad helped explain my tax bracket and even sent me a hand excel spreadsheet tool that was easy to follow. He stayed on the phone with me and together we figured out last year versus this year. I saved a ton of money by working with Chad because we found I was overpaying big time. A refund is nice but I wanted to make sure I was doing things correctly and legally. I will be referring Chad to others and using his services in the future. I don’t use Thumbtack often but will be now. Chad was the only offer I had received that offered a free look into my tax questions. I appreciate his hard work and service. Thanks Chad.
