What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly immersed in the industry working with my colleagues to stay up to date on everything new.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I built my first computer in the third grade and after I broke and fixed it about 12 times I knew that it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most computer problems we solve are hardware and software diagnostics and repairs. We also do a good amount of work maintaining and setting up networks for our clients.
