We needed a cable fixed on our garage door. Since the opener was so old and didnt meet the current code requirements it couldnt be fixed. I tried to jerry-rig it myself but it didnt work. After calling multiple companies and getting either major attitude or ridiculous pricing, I was pleased to hear about All Area Overhead from a friend. I called, the owner answered and was polite, knowledgeable, and prompt in coming over to give an estimate. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received, and even when the garage opener we decided on (out of good/better/best we chose better) ended up being out of stock, All Area Overhead upgraded us to the best opener at no extra cost to us. As a mom of two young kids I appreciated how considerate this was- no haggling about waiting days or weeks till the opener would be in stock or being coerced into paying for a more expensive system. This company is a great find if you are looking for a trustworthy garage door company to work with.

Screen porch we had done is not "enclosed" because the door installed was improper use per Genius warranty. Door rips off anytime winds more than 10 mph which defeats the purpose. This first happened about a month after install & Tony referred us to manufacturer. They told us is was improper install by him, so we got the run around & no resolution. Tony had website pix of door on similar porch before so we assumed it would work fine. He also gave 30 day warranty on his work so we assumed he felt his install was good too. Warranty says to leave door retracted (open) and only use (close) if no bad weather or winds, so is wasn't designed for how Tony installed it. We even offered to PAY him again to come install a different swing door, but he won't return our calls. It's been almost a year now, so we are left with a screen porch with big hole where the door is. Wasted money! We paid Four Seasons to tear down & fix this mess. I'll try to post pix also. Follow-up: We have contacted you since you returned to work as stated in your reply. See Facebook message Jan 29, 2018, offered to pay for your suggested fix (not rebuffed) but no call back. Then we called & left messages on Feb 9, 2018, with no call back. We have AT&T records for this. It makes no sense you would give 30-day written warranty on door against your recommendation. We felt the door use was misrepresented but we got past that & just wanted it fixed. We offered to pay you to come do the other door. We couldnt get you to return our calls. Customer service after the sale was more the issue than the door even. We finally gave up on you fixing this. We couldnt get you to contact us, so we were forced to hire someone else.

The customer was given a picture overlay of the project and a choice of materials. The recommendation was for a Pella full view screen door but chose the Genius Sheer advance against my recommendation. The Manufacturer's warranty is not good for the method in which they used the door not for improper installation. The last contact we had (approximately 6 months ago) the owner rebuffed my suggestions to narrow the opening and replace the door they choose with the recommended Pella screen door. Their message that was not returned was more than three months ago while I was recovering from a heart attack. For that I do apologize as I did not return to work until after the first of the year. I have all the overlays, emails and pictures of this project and will be glad to present them to any one concerned. I offered to fix this issue for cost of materials but was rebuffed on the suggested fix. Good luck with your new contractor

Tony was great to call back the same day and came out at the end of his day to take care of our broken coils. Our car was trapped in the garage and he was so friendly, informative, and helpful. And the prices were reasonable and the work done really fast. Will definitely use All Area Overhead in the future. Highly recommended.
