What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best advice to any home owner would be "Do your homework." This is a vital stage in getting tremendous results on any project. These days it is so hard to find a company that is in it for anything other than winning it. Working for the dollar and not the customer is becoming a huge troubling issue. I feel that the customer needs to be taught and informed, as well as respected, excited, and delighted. If this were more of a mandatory type outlook, we would have a lot less homeowners that are victims of Contractor abuse. Thus refering to Contractors that portray an image that does'nt fit the results of their work. And they are everywhere that we go.
