- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I realize people do not save money by giving it away. But people must also realize more often than not you get what you pay for. Cheap labor isn't skilled, Skilled labor isn't cheap.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them and them know me so trust is established. I want customer to know they can trust me and my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience. I have learned how not to do everything by doing it wrong the first time. In turn have learned how to do a lot.
