Introduction

Hello! My name is Michelle Easton. I live outside Guthrie on 10 acres with my husband and my Senior in HS. I also have two grown children to boot. We have 4 dogs. And to top it off, we are expecting our first grandchild in January. I am one half of a husband and wife cleaning duo. We can assist you with Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Vacuuming, Mopping, Dusting, Laundry, and Changing bed linens. What I consider to be the basics of keeping a house. We also provide all cleaning solutions and equipment unless there is something specific you request be utilized. Our quotes include standard room count i.e. 1 Kitchen, 1 Dining Room, 1 Living Room, 1 Family Room, Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Each additional room will between $25 & $50. Cost is based on the square footage. I am new to Thumbtack, however I've been working through other apps. I provide house cleaning, document creation and editing services. I have been keeping house for 35+ years. I also have 28 years worth of business development and office management experience and I am professionally efficient in all Microsoft applications. I'm just an all-around Gal Friday.

Attention to details needs work. Floors were not mopped properly, windows had dust on them, corners still had debris, and all the vents were not wiped properly. One toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly.

Thank you for the review and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I believe there may have been a miscommunication on the exact details of this job. I was made aware that I would be cleaning a house to be move-in ready however upon arrival it seems there were many more people than expected in the home. I cleaned all bathrooms and floors thoroughly and scrupulously as I understood to be the expectation. However what was not listed in this job was actively cleaning after a large group of people, if it had been disclosed I would’ve politely declined. Most times you will find that a house cleaner of any sort is going to be hired for event clean up services and again that was not what was discussed. I had completed all high dusting, sanitizing, and spot cleaning as requested and went back through upon completion for hand hygiene and inspection of all areas. I went above and beyond for your household and the expectations discussed. Thank you for explaining what you found to be substandard. Moving forward I will make sure to have clear communication and written expectations of what is to be done in the house. Again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and I hope you find a service better suited to you in the future. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before we can correctly quote you a price, we will need to know the square footage of your home. We offer flat rates for weekly/biweekly/monthly repeat customers. One-time jobs are quoted, then confirmed or adjusted, on-site, the day of cleaning. We also offer hourly rates for those needing longer timeframe services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet new customers at their respective residents. This allows everyone to meet in person, discuss the services needed and confirm pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate. Informally, I have been keeping a house for over 30 years. I currently have repeat customers for weekly, biweekly and monthly cleaning.
