FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not set in stone. I am willing to work around any budgetary concerns a client may have, and willing to work with payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process involves sending a client questionnaire that will help me get to know my clients tax needs and help me find as many possible tax deductions as possible. While I prefer to Skype and email for communication, I am willing to talk on the phone if a client has any concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2008, I received my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Upon graduation, I worked in a bank for four years as a teller, and then on the operations side. I went back to school in 2010 to finish up my accounting courses so I could sit for the CPA exam. I received my Bachelors of Science in Accounting in May 2011, and left the bank in 2012 to study full time for the CPA exam. I finished the exams in the summer of 2013, and received my CPA license. I began working in a public accounting firm in the Fall of 2013, where I have been ever since.
