Needed front and back porch roofs rebuild. Weather was breaking down the materials and porch roofs were falling down. Dangerous and unpredictable. Brian gave written statement on the cost of both porch roofs repairs Advised once the project was started it would only take about 10 days. The original roofs were flat causing the damage. He advised he would make the front porch in an A-frame porch and would have to cut the existing poles on the back porch down a little in order to "slant" the roof so as the rain would run off hence saving the roof from weather damage. Once Brian and his crew-Loc and Creed- started on the front porch, they had it removed in one day. What progress!!! Upon completion of the front porch , it was off to the back porch. It was more damaged than the front porch!! When they were able to remove the materials and decide on the best route to go, I decided to inquire about extending the back porch another 8 x 12 feet. Brian did not hesitate once and said that there were be no problem with the extension and after agreeing on a price, which was very reasonable, I agreed to have it done. When he was ready to shingle the porch roof, he noticed there were some shingles missing from the main part of the house. He replaced them without hesitation, which I was very grateful for. Brian and his crew worked very hard everyday which I then in turn treated them with a home cooked lunch every day they were here. Upon completion of the porch roofs and the porch extension, they completed small repairs around the house as well. Brian installed new front porch lights as well as hanging up my porch swing . He had to build and replace some of the banisters/railings and even built another set of steps for the porch extension (which I absolutely love) !! When there is a need for his assistance I will not hesitate to call upon him again. Which will be in near future for other repairs, rebuilds, or replacements. Brian and his crew works very hard and are excellent. Would recommend him any time to anyone-which I already have. Thank you Brian's Remodeling--love love my new porches.

Brian installed my dog run just as I ask. Great job. We even hired him to put a front porch on our home. As expected he is doing a great job. We will be asking Brian for future project. He is fair and does a great job too. If you need a job done and want it done right I recommend Brian. So thankful to have found him for our projects.
