FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers can expect pricing tailored to their specific needs. We gladly take the time to and do the work necessary to find out what is important to you and then customize your estimate accordingly. Do not be shy to ask us for options! As far as discounts, if you can be flexible with our schedule and/or decide to get on the schedule the day of your estimate you can get up to 20% off your final price (:
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and effective.. Step 1 (5-10mins): Initial Call Our goal is here is to get an initial understanding of how we can best serve you.. we will explain our estimating process on this call so you know what to expect and then get your contact info and set up a date and time for an estimate. Our estimates are completly free (: Step 2 (45 - 90 mins): The Estimate We begin with short Q&A, the focus here is for us to find out what kind of paint job you are wanting! We will go over things like colors, color schemes, warranties, pricing options, material options, scheduling, etc... We then go outside to do a walkthrough around your property to address any problem areas, ensure the scope of work, and to further customize the project to your liking.. After this you are free to relax, we will take the next 30 minutes or so to draw up your proposal and then use the final 15 mins of the estimate to go over everything with you! Step 3: Scheduling This part we make super easy, we stay in touch with consistent updates leading up to your projected start date so that you know when we are oming or if there are any delays.. Step 4: We execute the plan we created during our estimate (:
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We begin by preparing any surfaces that are being painted and covering any surfaces that are not being painted. That is the simple and straightforward answer, but the truth is that different projects and clients have different circumstances so we usaully go over a plan of action for what to expect for the start of your project during our estimate,
