I worked with Tanya for 3 months and she was amazing. I lost 9 pounds and greatly increased my strength and stamina. Her workouts were challenging but fun and varied. She thoroughly demonstrated each & every exercise and then carefully watched & corrected my form so that I received maximum benefit from each exercise. She was always upbeat & encouraging and made me look forward to bootcamp day. Before beginning the exercise program she conducted a personal fitness assessment that pinpointed my strengths and weaknesses so that we would know what specific areas I needed to work on. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with Tanya and thanks to her I'm in the best shape of my life!

Tanya changed my workout experience totally. She gave me confidence in myself and in my training abilities. Results were exceptional with her. She is a fantastic trainer and I haven't had a better trainer since.

Tanya is an excellent trainer ,I have been exercising for many years but never met such a person ,she is so passionate about her job encouraging people to rich their goals .I enjoyed every single minute with her and I couldn't wait for the second class, she taught me to appreciate my body ,she showed me my weaknesses and my strenghts she taught me how to eat healthy and never give up . joining her class was a pleasure I wish I could always be part of what she is doing because I don't know if I will ever find such a great trainer anywhere anymore .

Decided to give boot camp a go and never thought I would stick around for long or keep it up. Loved it and still at it . Trained with Tanya for 9 month until she had to relocate. I can honestly say I loved her sessions and couldn't wait for the next one despite the challenges. Her sessions were varied, inspiring and fun. Definitely not vanilla! Her workouts are effective and got fit in no time . Always felt fantastic after each session. She kept tabs on my progress . Can't recommend her highly enough! Thank You Tanya for always being a motivator and an inspiration.

Tanya is a wonderful trainer/ coach. She motivates team, she explain exactly which muscle is working in each exercise, she gives alternative option for all exercises she provides, she also is worried about our posture during exercising. For me she is the best trainer around the world!!!!!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes I have been taking different fitness courses over the years to keep myself certified.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Firstly to see if he/she looks the part. You want a trainer who leads by example. Secondly, does he/she look like they know what they are talking about? Only knowledgable trainer can help you achieve your fitness goal without injury. Last but not the least, don't hire the cheapest one. If they don't have the confidence to charge you the money then maybe they are not worth it.
