I will only state facts as related to my experience with the contractor. Others can form decisions and opinions based on these facts. I contacted Mendoza's Construction Services on 8/18 to meet on 8/19. He texted me 28 minutes prior to the scheduled time stating that he could not make it. It was rescheduled to 8/21. Again, he sent another text message stating that he is not able to make it. It was rescheduled to 8/24. That day came and he never showed up, never called, never texted. Have not heard from him since.
