We believe in transparency, so we provide all of our pricing up front. There are no hourly rates or hidden costs. Our monthly package pricing is based on annual revenues:
$2400 monthly up to $499,000
$2600 monthly at $500,000
+$200 monthly for every additional $250,000
We offer custom packages for businesses with revenues under $200,000 that range from $400-$1800 monthly, depending on annual revenues and the scope of services desired.
Full-service payroll can be added to any package for $150 monthly. We use QuickBooks Online and Gusto as our payroll platforms.
We also offer QuickBooks Online catch-up or clean-up services, which may be required depending on the condition of your books. The base cost is $200, plus $50 for every 25 transactions in need of cleaning/catching up. Clean-up and catch-up services can get expensive in some situations, so we can split the total cost of these services out over 2-3 months.
Consultations are free, and we do not limit the amount of time spent on our consultation calls. We want to allow plenty of time in our call to make sure we are the right fit for each other and to hear all of your financial goals and concerns.
