- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give a middle of the road estimate...however, I'm ALWAYS willing to work with you and your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an evaluation, to ensure what I can provide is what you, is what you are looking for. Along with ensuring we're compatible to work together. This also allows you the opportunity to "interview" me too. From there, we discuss goals and the programming, then we put it into action. During the actionable state of the program, we meet to discuss what is going good, what is not and what needs to be changed. When the commitment is coming to an end, we discuss the next steps, being another commitment or an actionable plan for you to continue to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I must complete a number of continuing education credits every 2 years. I also stay educated on the latest trends in training and nutrition.
