Make sure you don't get charged for diagnostics! Biggest rip off there is. If they charge bench fees then they cannot be trusted. I mean diagnosis is part of the job. Tell a customer what is wrong with the machine and if they choose to use your service then you have a new customer that will continue to use your service for years to come. It is that simple.
