Jay came out just a couple hours after I called him and took care of our problem. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Jay was a life saver! We had another individual install our new kitchen faucet after putting in new granite, sink, etc, and needless to say after the installation we noticed leaks. We decided to go with someone else and called Jay immediately after noticing possible leaks under the sink. Jay came out promptly, and was able to repair a very noticeable leak due to pipes installed incorrectly previously. He was super friendly, and told us to call again if we noticed anymore. Sadly we noticed more leakage a few days later. We called Jay again, and he quickly got back to us. After investigating further, they found 2 more leaking spots. One being the valve installed incorrectly on the dishwasher which was causing the majority of our problems. And the other was the garbage disposal, which they removed & installed a new one.
We learned the more difficult way, but if you have ANY plumbing problems, CALL JAY! He gives FREE estimates and stands by his work. He is quick to respond, and really knows how to resolve leaking problems! We will most definitely use Jay for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Jay was prompt at calling me to let me know that he couldn't make it out Saturday morning but, had scheduled Austin to come in his place!
Austin was very courteous and efficient at resolving my problem!
In short, I will say the experience with S & S, was very positive and it is doubtful that I'll ever seek our another plumbing contractor!

We had a glitch in times but everything was taken care of in competant and professional manner. The charge wasquite reasonable and I would not hesitate to call them again .
