I felt so sad bc the cleaner didn’t show up but Kelly made it right immediately and offered to come later. Later he found another cleaner and asked them to come bc they were closer. My carpets are all clean and Andrea did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

Although I was unhappy with the initial service that was provided by a new employee (from my understanding, no longer works there) Kelly went above and beyond to make it right and had another employee come out and complete the move out clean. Very happy with the end results!
