- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I consider each assignment continuing education. While I never share company secrets, processes, or procedures, I do take advantage of the opportunity to learn from whomever I'm fortunate enough to work with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got used to being the person assigned the job of "cleaning up" a department or helping to streamline it. My goal has always been to do this without considering staff eliminations to be the first and only solution. After a while, it just made sense to help others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Monthly report preparations, document preparations, internal systems management, form creations, log creations, just to name a few.
