Being a compulsive perfectionist, I rarely review a service entity. That being said, I would be remiss if I did not offer my "two cents worth" on this exceptional company. Initially I chose them to simply install 1800 square feet of flooring in our 60 year old home. I knew going in this was not going to be a simple task, as I put the existing floor in several years ago and have intimate knowledge of all the areas where things could go awry. From beginning to end, Alberto and his crew demonstrated the utmost professionalism and attention to even the most microscopic detail. They were on time every morning, worked tirelessly throughout the day and cleaned up daily before they left. In the beginning, Alberto was in constant contact with me to be certain how I wanted to handle each difficult aspect of this installation. After getting his suggestion on the first couple, I did something I've never done before, I told him simply, whatever you think is best. I now have an amazing new floor that flows seamlessly with no visible transition from one room to the next, including the closets, on every square inch of my house. I commend them for a job more than well done. I have already recommended him to several friends. We are planning a complete renovation of our master bath and have narrowed our choice of partners in this project to Alberto and Service Attitude. I want to thank you sir for this wonderful experience and look forward to our next project. I know it will be perfect.
