- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process with giving the customer a detailed summery of what the diagnostics is on their request, then create an account where they can then view the status of their request along with other helpful tools.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at Computer Repair OKC we have over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Our owner holds multiple certifications, each Service professional is educated with a extensive in house training to make sure that our customers needs are handled correctly.
