FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and honest pricing. I give clear estimates whenever possible and explain the cost before doing any extra work. There are no hidden fees. If a job takes less time than expected, I try to adjust the price when I can. My goal is to give quality work at a reasonable price and treat customers the way I would want to be treated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen to the customer and find out exactly what they need. Then I inspect the situation so I can give an accurate and honest estimate. I explain the work in plain language and answer any questions before starting. Once approved, I complete the job safely and professionally. My goal is for the customer to feel comfortable and confident from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed journeyman electrician and electrical contractor with years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work. My training includes panel installation and repair, troubleshooting, grounding and bonding, service upgrades, dedicated circuits, lighting, and code-compliant installations. I stay up to date with electrical code requirements to make sure every job is done safely and correctly.
