My experience with CZB Photography was AMAZING! So professional, kind, patient, and talented! The pictures she took of me are beyond beautiful and really showed my personality. She certainly has a good eye for just the right angle and layout for each individual photo. Definitely would recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again for future photo shoots.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few ways to receive discounts on the packages I offer. Feel free to ask me how!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is get to know the client better. I send the client a new client questionnaire by email. I then like to either meet up at a coffee shop or quick phone call to go over more details about the session. Once decided on a location, time, & date. I have them choose the perfect package. I would then send over their proposal & contract to have them sign & pay deposit to hold session date. I send follow up emails along the way as the session date approaches.
