I needed a home loan document notarized last minute and had no way to get it done, Joshua gave me a fair price and even went out of his way to print an scan in the documents afterwards to me and the title company. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very fair and reasonable pricing. All of my notarizations are insured and bonded so any appointment I take I handle with the best of my ability. I understand the importance of your documents being handled correctly & how time sensitive they are! I will not rush you through your paperwork so we can get it right the first time!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firm, Fair, & Fun experience. Its important to enjoy what I do & let my customers no paperwork doesn't have to be boring! lol
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Loan Signing Training. Reverse Mortgage experience. P.O.A. notarization experience. My (5) years as a Notary Loan Signing Agent & Mobile Notary has helped me come across many different document types!
