Our pricing is transparent, competitive, and based on the type of service, travel distance, and urgency. Standard notarizations follow Oklahoma state guidelines, with additional fees for mobile travel, after-hours appointments, and same-day or emergency services. We also offer bundled pricing for loan signings, real estate packages, and multi-document appointments. Discounts may be available for repeat clients, businesses, and bulk notarizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and efficient: Initial Contact: You reach out with your request (call, text, or online). Details Review: We confirm document type, number of signers, ID requirements, and location. Quote & Scheduling: You receive a clear quote and available appointment times. Appointment: We travel to you (or meet remotely if applicable) and complete the notarization professionally. Completion: Documents are returned, shipped, or scanned as required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are commissioned Oklahoma Notary Public professionals with specialized training in loan signings, real estate transactions, and legal document handling. Our expertise includes compliance with state notary laws, identity verification, fraud prevention, and proper execution of notarized documents. We also stay current with industry standards for remote online notarization (RON) and apostille processing.
