- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out a price is set for the document(s) presented. Discounts are applied*. Location, date and time is then set for the Notary signing. Upon arrival introductions are made, documentation of the customer is taken and notated in the Notary Journal (thumbprint is required). Documents are verified and notarized. This is the process for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I am commissioned by the State of Oklahoma this includes keeping a current notary license, bonded, oath of office and official signature. I am not a Signing Agent. I plan on having this education and license by Fall of 2021. §49-6 Oklahoma Statutes - Title 49.
