I highly recommend Iron Earth Septic! From start to finish, Jeremy was friendly, professional, responsive, and great to work with. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, followed through on every commitment, and got the job taken care of quickly. On top of the excellent customer service, the pricing was very reasonable.I actually found Iron Earth Septic after seeing one of their signs on the side of the road. I had previously reached out to a more well-known company in the Shawnee area for service and never received a response. I wasn't going to beg someone to take my money, so I decided to give Iron Earth Septic a calland I'm glad I did.Jeremy earned my business through great communication, fast service, fair pricing, and simply doing what he said he would do. That's exactly how a local business should operate. Iron Earth Septic will be my first call from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing septic service in the area.JB
