- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat rates for many services, but there are times where hourly billing is best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them regularly. We meet before works begins, then we will have another during the work for any questions and a completion meeting after work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Accountant for 20 years. I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting from UCO.
