Introduction: I have been a Family Therapist for 25+ years in the Oklahoma City area and recently moved to Waco, TX to be near family. I work with clients dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, family issues, parenting, communication, grief, life transitions, and change. I use hypnosis to help with smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, anxiety reduction and any type of habit change. I also help clients cope with grief and loss issues - death, divorce, job loss, etc. I have published several books dealing with depression, communication and stress. I enjoy public speaking and like to conduct seminars and workshops. I believe anyone can improve their situation but it can take work to get better. I see my role as encouraging and supporting my clients as they explore alternative solutions to their present situation.
